Purchased equipment: Multifunctional coating machine for medical adhesive tapes
In 2025, a medical consumables manufacturer in Iran contacted us through international channels to expand its production capacity for medical auxiliary materials. The company planned to purchase a multifunctional coating machine capable of producing various types of medical adhesive tapes.
Four rounds of online technical discussions were held to ensure equipment compatibility and compliance. We presented detailed solutions demonstrating the ability of our adhesive coating machines to produce medical dressing tapes, bandage tapes, kinesiology tapes, medical plasters, and PE breathable medical tapes, all meeting international medical equipment standards and designed to help the client achieve fast production startup.
In March 2025, the client’s team visited our manufacturing base in Ruian for an on-site inspection. They toured the production workshop, observed the trial run, and verified coating uniformity and operational stability. Satisfied with the technical performance and professional support, they soon signed the cooperation agreement.
Jiayuan proceeded with customized production according to the client’s specifications. When the coating machine was shipped to Iran in June, commissioning engineers arrived on-site as planned. Despite regional technical and environmental differences, installation, testing, and operator training were completed within a week successfully. The adhesive coating equipment was put into full production successfully, and the client’s new medical tapes passed local quality inspections and quickly gained market recognition.
