At the beginning of 2025, a food packaging company in Uzbekistan sought to expand its production capacity to meet the growing local demand for moisture-resistant papers used in hamburger and candy wrapping. Their goal was to find a wax coating laminating machine that could handle multiple product types, was easy to operate, and could be put into production quickly.

After an initial introduction, the client visited our facility for an in-depth technical discussion. Representatives from our sales and engineering departments worked closely with them to define key parameters such as coating width and coating speed, developing a tailored solution suited to their process needs. The client then toured our production workshop to inspect equipment quality and manufacturing processes. Impressed by our production capabilities and strict quality control standards, they decided to confirm the order on site.

With years of extensive experience in adhesive coating machinery manufacturing, Jiayuan customized the equipment to meet the client’s specific requirements. The final wax coating and laminating machine delivered a coating width of 1200 mm and a maximum coating speed of 100 m/min, perfectly aligning with the client’s planned capacity. In May, the customer successfully completed remote factory acceptance through online inspection and sample evaluation.

Once the equipment passed final inspection, Jiayuan coordinated a tailored logistics plan to guarantee safe shipment to Uzbekistan and arranged for engineers to provide on-site installation and training, overcoming local technical and environmental differences. Since its commissioning, the wax coating machine has maintained excellent coating uniformity and waterproof performance, significantly improving the quality and durability of the client’s food packaging products.
