Hot-melt adhesive can be applied for inner/outer packaging of food, manufacturing of beverage straws and Tetra Pak, as well as sealing of cartons. For instance, in carton sealing, a hot-melt machine melts the hot-melt adhesive into liquid, which is then delivered to the carton surface through the machine's throat tube and spray gun. Upon cooling, the hot-melt adhesive completes the bonding. This process effectively meets various requirements for carton sealing.
Hot-melt adhesive is 100% thermoplastic, eco-friendly and stable in performance. In the packaging industry, EVA type and polyolefin hot-melt adhesives are primarily used.
