The Turkey customer is a well-established manufacturer specializing in footwear reinforcement fabrics, supplying products to both local Turkish shoe factories and European footwear brands. Due to limitations of traditional coating equipment, the customer experienced issues such as uneven adhesive application and unstable operation, which negatively affected product quality and production efficiency. To address these challenges, the customer began searching for a more adaptable and professional hot melt adhesive coating solution tailored to footwear materials.
Several years earlier, the customer became acquainted with Jiayuan through industry channels and initiated in-depth technical discussions with our team through online communication channels such as WeChat.
