This vertical automatic slitting and rewinding machine is mainly used for trimming cutting and rewinding various required roll materials during production, such as aluminum foil, paper, BOPP, PET, CPP, CPE, PVC, etc. Adopting independent master control panel, our product is easy and flexible for operation. With automatic EPC error correcting device, its photoelectric eye is applicable for tracking the edge and color of transparent materials. Due to the pneumatic shaft and magnetic powder brake tension control, our product allows automatic material loading. Yet it adopts double cam shafts with magnetic powder clutch to unload materials. In addition, the motor of this machine uses frequency converter on speed regulation. Equipped with waste material conveying device and automatic meter calculation device, this product saves much labor source.
