Controlled by PLC, this JY-A400 large size automatic adhesive tape cutter allows setting 10 groups of sizes in one working cycle for cutting. Also, under the safety program in PLC, the machine will halt automatically or not be started in some dangerous situations, at the same time it will make alarm automatically for wrong operation or potential dangers. Besides, the security closed cover also helps to protect the user and the machine. In addition, our product adopts servo motor for feeding blade and fixing the cutting position. For different roll diameters of materials should be cut in distinguished cutting angles, the blade turns left or right automatically with the linear motion guide to improve the precision and convenience of operation. Apart from automatic blade sharpening system, our product employs cooling system for cooling down and lubricating the blade, so as to get complete, smooth cutting with the tapes not melted.
