This JY-B200 semi-auto adhesive tape and non-adhesive material cutter is practical but simple for operation. With high hardness and precision rotary blade for cutting, this product adopts pneumatic blade feeding system with pneumatic tool apron, also the feeding speed can be adjusted. Apart from the blade is added with drive motor and speed reducer, the pneumatic tool apron is supported by precise linear slide rail guide so that our product can realize stable, complete cutting. As the cutting diameter is up to 300mm according to the demands of the clients, this product is suitable for cutting foam materials in large roll diameters. In addition, it adopts an automatic cooling system for lubricating and cooling down the knife to prevent the tapes from being melted, getting a smooth cutting.

Due to the added sword flat knife cutting structure, this cutter supports manual flat blade drive for cutting, which gets neat cross profile conveniently. Moreover, the hexagonal positioning shaft determines the cutting size manually. Based on the six fixed cutting widths, our cutter can cut materials doubling the six basic sizes with accurate positioning. As the cutting shaft can rotate in all directions, this product can meet different cutting demands of customers. Furthermore, it adopts a safety system for protecting the user and itself. When the air pressure exceeds safe value, then the shaft tailstock will open so that the machine will have an automatic halt or can't be started to protect the user.
