This JY-B300I semi-auto adhesive tape cutter is practical with low cost, as well as takes advantage of simple operation. Adopting the pneumatic system for blade feeding, this product can be manually adjusted at the blade speed. Developed from the JY-706AA type, it is added the frequency converter to drive the rotary blade with linear slide guide rail. So this product improves stable performance on cutting different materials. Moreover, it employs automatic lubricating system for lubricating and cooling down the blade to get complete, smooth cutting without melting the tapes.

As the cutting width is controlled by groove hexagonal positioning shaft, which has a fixed size on each side. Based on the six cutting widths, our adhesive tape cutter can cut materials doubling the fixed sizes with accurate positioning. Apart from a long lasting three-jaw chuck for fixing materials, the shaft can turn in different directions to cut in various ways. In addition, our product adopts a safe system for protecting the user and itself. If the air pressure is less than the safe value or the cutting shaft tailstock is not closed, this machine will not start or have a halt automatically to ensure the safety of the user. Furthermore, this machine is used for common cutting adhesive tapes, like craft paper tape, foam tape, double sided adhesive tape, PE film, masking tape and PVC tape, etc.
