We achieve a consistent coating by using balanced rollers or blades, and a closed-loop tension control system prevents substrate wrinkling during production.
Not at all. Our machine is equipped with a modern model, equipped with a user-friendly touchscreen PLC system. You can preset parameters and start or stop the machine with one click. In most cases, only one operator is needed during normal production. However, for tasks like glue replacement or changing the coating head, it’s best to have two operators working together.
Daily cleaning is recommended, and please use specialized cleaning glue or hot melt cleaning agents to flush the glue tank and hoses after shutdown. On a weekly basis, or when switching adhesives, disassemble and soak the nozzles and filters. If severe carbonization occurs, professional high-temperature cleaning may be required. Be sure to avoid corrosive solvents, which can damage internal components.
Ensure that temperatures are accurately maintained to prevent localized overheating; the installation of multi-point sensors can aid in this process. Additionally, it is advisable to employ a nitrogen protection system to displace oxygen within the glue tank. If the equipment remains unused for over 30 minutes, it is recommended to drain the glue tank to minimize adhesive retention. Furthermore, routine cleaning is vital in reducing the accumulation of residues.
